Race to The White House
Spring 2012
This project was for my Server Side class, and the main objective was to build a website for a local newspaper. I was tasked with building a website only using php calls and functions. The scope of first phase of this project was to read from flat files, after that the goal was to create and parse RSS feeds. The last phase of the project was to create a custom CMS supported by a database, as well as using cURL. Several sections were added and modified throughout the course of this 3-phase project, including the admin section, and rss feed section.
